Oh Kay!

US (1928): Comedy/Romance/Silent

This silent film was based on a hit Broadway musical that had been revived on Broadway with songs by George and Ira Gershwin and book by P. G. Wodehouse. It contains some of their most famous songs in its stage version, the best known of them being "Someone To Watch Over Me". Strangely, enough, however, it was never remade as a sound film. Mervyn LeRoy directs Colleen Moore, Lawrence Gray and Alan Hale.
