Richard Wallace directs Ruth Chatterton in this story of a woman who becomes estranged from her daughter when the girl learns that she is illegitimate. The supporting cast includes Paul Lukas, David Manners, Irving Pichel and Louise Mackintosh.
The Right to Love was a most popular vehicle for Chatterton, but has since almost disappeared from view. The only copy known to exist is missing one reel and is housed at UCLA. This is a preservation print and is not available to the general public for viewing. (Arne Andersen, IMDb)
