Busby Berkeley himself directed as well as choreographed the second Warner Bros. Gold Diggers musical. What there is of a plot involves a young medical student (Dick Powell) escorting a beautiful debutante (Gloria Stuart) to a charity ball. A show must be put on! Love, comedy, singing, and dancing naturally follow. Includes "Lullaby of Broadway," which won Harry Warren and Al Dubin their first Oscars®, "I'm Going Shoppin' with You," and "The Words Are in My Heart".
