US (1943): Western/Action/Romance

Richard Dix, Jane Wyatt, Albert Dekker, Eugene Pallette, Victor Jory and Robert Armstrong are featured in this grade "B" western with a twist: A marshall turns on the corrupt town officials who appointed him to office. He spends the rest of the film battling both them and the usual outlaws. Dix is fine in a role that is made for him. Wyatt provides the love interest.
