Because of sacrifices made for the war effort (fathers in the military, mothers working in defense plants), juvenile delinquency is on the rise in the country. Teenagers have jobs and money, and for some reason think they are entitled to the same rights as adults. This film says that the cycle of juvenile delinquency can be broken by having youths selling war bonds and organizing 4-H clubs, among other activities. (IMDb)
