Olivia De Havilland plays two roles in this entertaining psychological drama. A sister and her disturbed twin are implicated in a Hollywood murder and a police detective must figure out which one's the killer. Robert Siodmak directs for Universal. This film marked the return to the screen of Lew Ayres, who left Hollywood in 1942 to serve in the U.S. Army combat medical corps as a conscientious objector during World War II.
