This entry in "The Sports Parade" shows highlights of a trip down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. In three specially constructed row boats, nine men negotiate more than 200 white water rapids over a period of 19 days. Along the way we see, among other things, the skeletons of adventurers who tried and failed to navigate these same waters. Fortunately there were no casualties on this voyage. The harrowing trip ends at Lake Mead and Boulder (now Hoover) Dam. Directed by Edwin E. Olsen. (IMDb)
