Jordan Blake (Bing Crosby), a widower, is a successful Broadway producer who has always been too busy for his children, Barbara (Natalie Wood) and Jerry (Robert Arthur). Jordan's girlfriend, Carolina Hill (Jane Wyman), a musical comedy star, urges Jordan to take his kids on a vacation and get to know them before they are all grown up. Is Jordan already too late? Elliott Nugent directs for Paramount. Cast also includes Ethel Barrymore, Cora Witherspoon and Ben Lessy. Crosby and Wyman perform a number of Warren & Rubin songs, including "Call Me Tonight," "He's Just Crazy for Me," "I'll Si-Si Ya in Bahia," "Just for You" and the Oscar^®-nominated "Zing a Little Zong."
