In this, the second Batman movie, megalomaniac businessman Max Shreck (Christopher Walken) sets a plot against Gotham City in motion. He is joined by Penguin (Danny DeVito), a deformed and rather deranged man abandoned at birth by respectable parents. Penguin, backed by hoodlums and real penguins, runs for mayor. The plot is further complicated by Selina Kyle (Michelle Pfeiffer), a wronged secretary who transforms into Catwoman, a villain with mixed motives. Michael Keaton returns as the Caped Crusader, and Tim Burton is at the helm again for this sequel to his 1989 hit. (Reid Gagle, IMDb)
