This film has a quirky and original idea and is the perfect antidote to Brando's On the Waterfront. Union leader Bobby Gleason (Edward Asner) is furious at the success of On the Waterfront. To set the record straight he meets up with two struggling young film-makers (Jason Alexander and Jonathan Penner), intent on making a movie that tells the other side of the story. Short, sharp and to the point, with fine acting, especially from Asner. (sky movies)
