Editor of almost 125 films, some of his notable -- non-nominated -- credits (alone or in collaboation) include IT HAPPENED IN HOLLYWOOD (1937), HOLIDAY, THE MAIN EVENT and THE LADY OBJECTS (all 1938), LADIES IN RETIREMENT (1941), many of the "Blondie" movies (1942-1948), LORNA DOONE and THE TEXAS RANGERS (both 1951), THE 5,000 FINGERS OF DR. T. and THE WILD ONE (both 1953), THE GUN THAT WON THE WEST (1955), 3:10 TO YUMA (1957), THE INTERNS (1962) and CHARRO! (1969). Television series editing credits include "Ben Casey," "Gidget" and "The High Chaparral."
