Jack Eaton
(1888 - 1968)

Short subjects producer/director who entered American film as an actor and director of THE ARTIST'S MODEL at Edison in 1917. He produced and directed several silents during the 1920s, and began specializing in one-reeler shorts. During the early 1940s, he produced and directed the Grantland Rice Spotlight series of shorts at Paramount, and continued working there into the early 1950s.
