Sound recordist and sound supervisor who entered American film with RKO-Pathé's SUNDOWN TRAIL (1931). Other credits at this time include THE SILVER CORD and ACE OF ACES (both 1933), STINGAREE (1934) and directing sound for the 1942 re-release of THE GOLD RUSH.
