Louis Forbes
(1902 - 1981)

Born in St. Louis, MO. Composer, songwriter and conductor, a music student of Edward Kilenyi and Max Steiner. He was under contract to David O. Selznick for seven years, and director of music for Goldwyn Productions for three years. He also worked for RKO. Brother of Leo Forbstein, who was head of the Warner Bros. music department.
