Born in New York, USA. Producer of Paramount's "Musical Parade" series of shorts, including MARDI GRAS and CARIBBEAN ROMANCE (both 1943), FUN TIME, HALFWAY TO HEAVEN, BONNIE LASSIE and STAR BRIGHT (all 1944), and BOMBALERA, BOOGIE WOOGIE and YOU HIT THE SPOT (all 1945). Harris was associate producer for LUCKY COWBOY (1944) and producer of HOLLYWOOD VICTORY CARAVAN (1945).  Nominated for Short Subjects (One-reel) 1944: BOMBALERA - Producer 1 nomination
