Cecil D. Love
(1898 - 1995)

Born in Louisiana. Photographic effects engineer and technician whose feature film credits include WEST SIDE STORY (1961), IT'S A MAD MAD MAD MAD WORLD (1963) and AIRPORT (1970). An associate of Linwood G. Dunn's, he shared in the design and development of the Acme-Dunn Optical printer, the first commercially available optical printer.
