Composer and lyricist at Disney who is first credited as a sequence director for SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS (1937). He also wrote lyrics for the film's songs. Morey wrote music for PLAYFUL PLUTO (1934, uncredited) and THE RELUCTANT DRAGON (1941). He wrote lyrics for songs used in BAMBI (1942) and THE ADVENTURES OF ICHABOD AND MR. TOAD (1949).
