Art director who entered American film with GIVE ME YOUR HEART at Warner Bros. in 1937. He spent most of his career working on almost 50 Warners one- and two-reelers before graduating to feature releases. Notable credits, alone or in collaboration, include THE DESERT SONG (1943), and SHINE ON HARVEST MOON and TO HAVE AND HAVE NOT (both 1944).  Nominated for Interior Decoration (Color) 1944: THE DESERT SONG - Art Direction 1 nomination
