Charles Wolcott

Saludos, Amigos (1943)
Composer, conductor, songwriter and musical director, Wolcott entered American film as an orchestrator for Disney's PINOCCHIO (1940). He also worked in that capacity on BAMBI (1942). He was musical director for WING AND A PRAYER and THE THREE CABALLEROS (also composer) (both 1944), MAKE MINE MUSIC and SONG OF THE SOUTH (both 1946), FUN AND FANCY FREE (1947), BLACKBOARD JUNGLE (1955, also composer), GABY (1956), and he conducted the orchestra for NEVER SO FEW (1959) and HOME FROM THE HILL (1960).

As a composer, he contributed to the scores for SALUDOS, AMIGOS (1943), SKY FULL OF MOON (1952), CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF (1958) and KEY WITNESS (1960), and he wrote music for songs used in THE RELUCTANT DRAGON (1941), MAKE MINE MUSIC (1946), and THE ADVENTURES OF ICHABOD AND MR. TOAD (1949).
