Art director who entered American film with NINE GIRLS (1944) at Columbia. Other notable film credits include QUEEN BEE (1955), JEANNE EAGELS (1957), GIDGET (1959), STRANGERS WHEN WE MEET (1960), THE LADIES' MAN (1961) and FIVE FINGER EXERCISE (1962). In the mid-1950s, Bellah started working in television ("Father Knows Best, 1954), and from 1960 through the late 1980s his work was exclusively in that medium for series, mini-series and made-for-TV movies.  Nominated for Art Direction/Set Decoration (Black & White) 1956: THE SOLID GOLD CADILLAC - Art Direction 1 nomination
