The Private War of Major Benson (1955)

Born in New York City. Entered American film as a story writer for THE PRIVATE WAR OF MAJOR BENSON (1955) at Universal-International. His other film credits include scripts for MUNSTER, GO HOME (1966, also producer), CHANGE OF HABIT (1969, producer only) and MAJOR PAYNE (1995). Working mainly in television, he wrote and produced for such series as "Leave It to Beaver," "Bringing Up Buddy," "Ichabod and Me," "Calvin and the Colonel," "The Munsters" and "Pistols 'n' Petticoats."  Nominated for Writing (Motion Picture Story) 1955: THE PRIVATE WAR OF MAJOR BENSON (w.
