Kon-Tiki (1950)

Producer, cinematographer, editor and production manager who entered Swedish film as aerial photographer for FÖRSTA DIVISIONEN (1941). Beginning in 1953, he produced a number of Swedish films and TV series. Some of his notable producer credits include four "Master Detective & Rasums" films (1953-1957), "Pippi Longstocking" films and TV series (1969-1973), RÖTMÅNAD (1970, "Dog Days"), MANNEN SOM SLUTADE RÖKA (1972, "The Man Who Quit Smoking"), EN KILLE OCH EN TJEJ (1975, "A Guy and a Gal"), MINA DRÖMMARS STAD (1976, "City of My Dreams"), MÅNDAGARNA MED FANNY ("Mondays with Fanny) and BRÖDERNA LEJONHJÄRTA ("Brothers Lionheart") (both 1977), DU ÄR INTO KLOK MADICKEN ("You're Out of Your Mind, Maggie") and the "Madicken" TV series (both 1979) and his last feature film, MADICKEN PÅ JUNIBACKEN ("Maggie of June Hill") in 1980.  Documentary (Features) 1951: KON-TIKI - Producer 1 nomination, 1 Award
