Walter Plunkett

Born in Oakland, CA. A former vaudeville and stock actor, he created the wardrobes for many prestigious Hollywood films as well as for many Broadway shows and Metropolitan Opera productions. His greatest claim to fame was his design of the elaborate costumes for GONE WITH THE WIND (1939).
