Torero! (1956)

Born in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. Producer who entered Mexican film as producer and one of the writers of RAÍCES (1954, "Roots"). Other notable producer credits include TORERO! (1956), LOS CLARINES DEL MIEDO and Luis Buñuel's NAZARIN (both 1958), CAFÉ COLÓN and SONATAS (both 1959), TAJIMARA, UN ALMA PURA, LOLA DE MI VIDA, LA SUNAMITA, LAS DOS ELENAS and AMOR, AMOR, AMOR (all 1965), MARÍA DE ME CORAZÓN (1979), CONFIDENCIAS (1982), FRIDA, NATURALEZA VIVA (1984) and DOÑA HERLINDA Y SU HIJO (1985).
