His abbreviated screen credits include IT HAPPENS EVERY THURSDAY and MISTER SCOUTMASTER (both 1953), GORILLA AT LARGE (1954), THREE VIOLENT PEOPLE (1956), THE TIN STAR (1957) and CAHILL U.S. MARSHALL (1973). He began writing for television in 1958 ("The Rifleman") and most of his work thereafter was for TV.
