Gyula Trebitsch
(1914 - 2005)

Born in Budapest, Hungary. Producer who entered Hungarian film as a production manager for RÁD BIZOM A FELESÉGEM / I ENTRUST MY WIFE TO YOU (1937). He began producing German fims in 1949 with KÄTCHEN FÜR ALLES. Other notable producing credits include DES TEUFELS GENERAL / THE DEVIL'S GENERAL (1955), DR. CRIPPEN LEBT / DR. CRIPPEN LIVES (1958), FRAU WARRENS GEWERBE / MRS. WARREN'S PROFESSION (1960) and DER LÜGNER / THE LIAR (1961). In 1965, he moved into producing for German television. He retired in 1972.
