Ship of Fools (1965)
Born in Illinois, USA. Veteran Hollywood art director of 75 films and television series and production designer for 17 films whose outstanding work includes Orson Welles' TOUCH OF EVIL (1958), Jack Clayton's THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING MAN (1957) and Alfred Hitchcock's PSYCHO (1960). Clatworthy won an Academy Award for his work on Stanley Kramer's all-star SHIP OF FOOLS (1965).
