Prolific Italian screenwriter (and sometime director) who entered films in 1948 with Goffredo Alessandrini's L'EBREO ERRANTE / THE WANDERING JEW. His most recently credited film is OPERAZIONNE APPIA ANTICA (2003).

His directing credits include GLI UNDICI MOSCHETTIERI / THE ELEVEN MUSKETEERS (1952, also writer), DANIELE E MARIA and HITLER: THE LAST TEN DAYS (both 1972, both also writer), and "Luisa: Quattro storie di donne" (1987, TV).
