Hamilton "Ham" Luske

Born in Chicago, IL. Directed many Disney cartoon features and shorts, starting with MICKEY'S ELEPHANT in 1936. He was the director of PINOCCHIO (1940), "The Pastoral Symphony" segment of FANTASIA (1940), SALUDOS AMIGOS (1943), WILLIE THE OPERATIC WHALE (1946), CINDERELLA (1950), ALICE IN WONDERLAND (1951), PETER PAN (1953), LADY AND THE TRAMP (1955), and ONE HUNDRED AND ONE DALMATIANS (1961), among many others. He was the animation supervisor of the Snow White character in SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS (1937) and the animation director of MARY POPPINS (1964).

Luske was inducted as a Disney Legend in 1999.
