Emanuele Luzzati
(1921 - 2007)

Born in Genoa, Italy. Italian painter, decorator, illustrator and ceramic artist. He studied in Lusanne at l'Ecole des Beaux Arts. He was the scenic designer for over 400 theatrical and dance productions, internationally as well as in Italy. In cartoons, he produced and directed PULCINELLA (1973) and LA GAZZA LADRA / THE THIEVING MAGPIE (1964), and directed L'ITALIANA IN ALGERI (1968), ALI BABÀ (1970), L'UCCEL BELVEDERE (1973), I TRE FRATELLI (1979), and PULCHINELLA E IL PESCE MAGICO (1980).
