The Slender Thread (1965) Born in Los Angeles, CA. Art director and production designer in American films from the late 1950s until the mid-1980s. Notable credits include BROKEN LANCE (1954, uncredited scenic designer), SOUTH PACIFIC (scenic designer), GOD'S LITTLE ACRE (uncredited) and MURDER BY CONTRACT (all 1958), CITY OF FEAR (1959), THE RISE AND FALL OF LEGS DIAMOND and STUDS LONIGAN (both 1960), HOODLUM PRIEST (1961), THE FAMILY JEWELS and THE SLENDER THREAD (both 1965), A FINE MADNESS (1966), COUNTDOWN (1968), THE GREAT BANK ROBBERY (1969), SUPPOSE THEY GAVE A WAR AND NOBODY CAME? (1970), KOTCH (1971), SPECIAL DELIVERY (1976), MEAN DOG BLUES (1978), THE GREAT SANTINI (1979) and CLASS (1983). He was also an associate producer of the TV series "Stoney Burke" (1962-1963).
