Born in London, England. Production designer in British film in the 1970s and 1980s. Other notable (non-nominated) credits include KELLY'S HEROES (1970), A CLOCKWORK ORANGE (1971), SITTING TARGET (1972), THE LITTLE PRINCE (1974), LUCKY LADY (1975), SUPERMAN (1978), A FORCE OF ONE (1979), FAST BREAK (1979) and his last film, SUPERMAN II (1980).
