Special effects supervisor and coordinator who started work at a local theater known as The Hackney Empire, in East London, training to be a theater electrician. After five years at that job, he got a job at Pinewood Film Studios and got involved with small special effects on a couple of movies. After this job at Pinewood he got a start with Gerry Anderson's puppet series "Thunderbirds" as a special effects assistant, helping to build and assemble the sets.
