Richard B. Goodwin

Producer who entered British film in 1960 as a special effects unit manager (SINK THE BISMARCK!). He wrote and produced TALES OF BEATRIX POTTER (1971). Other notable producing credits include KING & COUNTRY (1964, assoc. producer), THE MIKADO (1967, assoc. producer), ROMEO AND JULIET (1968, assoc. prducer), the Agatha Christie/Hercule Poirot series MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS (1974), DEATH ON THE NILE (1978), THE MIRROR CRACK'D (1980) and EVIL UNDER THE SUN (1982), and BIDDY (1983), A PASSAGE TO INDIA (1984), LITTLE DORRIT (1988), OF LOVE AND SHADOWS (1994) and SEVEN YEARS IN TIBET (1997, exec. producer).
