Annie Hall (1977)
Born in Brooklyn, NY; educated at Syracuse University. With Jack Rollins (b. 1914) and others, he set up a talent management organization which numbered Woody Allen among its clients. Branching into production in 1969, Joffe became the producer, and, after 1979, executive producer or co-executive producer of Allen's films -- which numbered 44 by 2008. Rollins & Joffe occasionally produce movies made for television or feature films of other directors (Steve Gordon's ARTHUR, 1981; Donald Wrye's THE HOUSE OF GOD, 1984).
