Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977)

Art director and production designer who entered American film in 1977. Other notable credits (as production designer) include BUDDY BUDDY and CHU CHU AND THE PHILLY FLASH (both 1981), FAST TIMES AT RIDGEMONT HIGH (1982), CHRISTINE (1983), STARMAN (1984), DEADLY FRIEND (1986), BACKFIRE and PRINCE OF DARKNESS (both 1987), CHILD'S PLAY and THEY LIVE (both 1988), THE PUPPET MASTERS (1994), GUNFIGHTER'S MOON (1995), BUDDY and THE RAGE (both 1997), and GOOD ADVICE (2001). Recent art director credits include CABIN BOY (1994), MALIBU'S MOST WANTED (2003), DATE MOVIE (2006) and EPIC MOVIE (2007).
