Solly's Diner (1979)

Entered American film as a camera operator for TV's "The Lord of the Universe" (1974). After producing, shooting and cutting SOLLY'S DINER (1979), Mathias worked as a steadicam operator on THE RIGHT STUFF (1983). Subsequently, he has worked primarily as a cinematographer/director of photography in films and television. Credits include CREATURE (1985), MY CHAUFFEUR (1986), "Timestalkers" (TV) and ERNEST GOES TO CAMP (both 1987), "Your Mother Wears Combat Boots" (TV), BEVERLY HILLS BRATS, PHANTOM OF THE MALL: ERIC'S REVENGE and "Dream Date" (TV) (all 1989), UNBECOMING AGE and GRAND TOUR: DISASTER IN TIME (both 1992), "Betrayed by Love" (1994, TV) and "A Child Is Missing" (1995, TV).  Nominated for Short Films (Live Action) 1979: SOLLY'S DINER - Producer (w.
