Cinematographer who began in American television in the 1950s. TV series credits include "Gunsmoke," "Maverick," Adventures in Paradise," "Twelve O'Clock High," "The Wild Wild West" and "Hawaii Five-O." His first feature for Disney was THE ONE AND ONLY, GENUINE, ORIGINAL FAMILY BAND (1968). Other notable credits include THE COMPUTER WORE TENNIS SHOES (1969), BEDKNOBS AND BROOMSTICKS and SCANDALOUS JOHN (both 1971), HERBIE RIDES AGAIN and THE ISLAND AT THE TOP OF THE WORLD (both 1974), ESCAPE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN and THE APPLE DUMPLING GANG (both 1975), PETE'S DRAGON (1977), HERBIE GOES BANANAS (1980), GOING APE!
