Composer, lyricist and TV producer who produced "The Dinah Shore Chevy Show" (1956, TV series). He wrote the lyrics for songs used in FROM HERE TO ETERNITY (1953), "The Patty Duke Show" (1963, TV series - title theme), A SHOT IN THE DARK (1964 - "Shadow of Paris"), WATERHOLE #3 (1967), WILL PENNY (1968 - title song), JOANNA (also 1968 - "When Joanna Loved Me"), RIOT (1969, uncredited) and Blake Edwards' 10 (1979).  Nominated for Music Best Song 1979: 10 "Song from 10 ('It's Easy to Say')" - Lyric 1 nomination
