Return to Oz (1985) Special effects supervisor and senior pyrotechnics technicial who entered British film with 1976's AT THE EARTH'S CORE. Other notable special effects credits include THE PEOPLE THAT TIME FORGOT (1977), THE LONG GOOD FRIDAY (1980), REDS (1981), RETURN OF THE JEDI (1983), WITHOUT A CLUE (1988), HENRY V (1989), HAMLET (1990), KAFKA (1991), FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL and PRINCESS CARABOO (both 1994), MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE (1996), MORTAL KOMBAT: ANNIHILATION (1997), THE AVENGERS (1998), "Band of Brothers" (2001, TV mini-series), BLACK HAWK DOWN (also 2001), THE SLEEPING DICTIONARY and THE LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN (both 2003), TROY and AVP: ALIEN VS. PREDATOR (both 2004), FLYBOYS and THE OMEN (both 2006), TOWN CREEK, MIRRORS, THE SECOND WORLD and THE BARD: THE STORY OF ROBERT BURNS (all scheduled for 2008), and SLEEPER (scheduled for 2009).

He was on the creature crew of THE DARK CRYSTAL (1982), and he supervised the models and special effects for RETURN TO OZ (1985)
