Born in Wales, UK. First made his mark with BUGSY MALONE (1976), the first of a series of collaborations with director Alan Parker, and has since established himself as an accomplished visual stylist. Other notable credits include Monty Python's LIFE OF BRIAN (1979), Terry Gilliam's TIME BANDITS (1981), Parker's PINK FLOYD - THE WALL (1982) and Adrian Lyne's 9-1/2 WEEKS (1986).
