Set decorator who began in American television as an assistant set decorator for the made-for-TV movie "Slow Burn" (1986). Other notable (non-nominated) credits include THE BOOST (1988), REGARDING HENRY (1991), PRELUDE TO A KISS (1992), LAST ACTION HERO (1993), TRUE LIES (1994), TANK GIRL (1995), PRIMAL FEAR and THE RICH MAN'S WIFE (both 1996), SPEED 2: CRUISE CONTROL and G.I. JANE (both 1997), PLAYING BY HEART (1998), THE HAUNTING (1999), THE HOLLYWOOD SIGN (2001), BIG TROUBLE and THE SUM OF ALL FEARS (both 2002), IDENTITY (2003), VAN HELSING (2004), HOSTAGE (2005), FAILURE TO LAUNCH and THE HOLIDAY (both 2006), THE HEARTBREAK KID (2007), and UNTRACEABLE (scheduled for 2008). In 2004 and 2005, Carr was set decorator for 20 episodes of the TV series "House M.D."
