Special effects makeup effects artist from 1983 to 1994 whose credits include THE HUNGER (uncredited) and AMITYVILLE 3-D (both 1983), STARMAN (1984), MANHUNTER (1986), MY DEMON LOVER (1987), POLTERGEIST III (1988), DICK TRACY (1990), TRUE IDENTITY (1991), SHINING THROUGH (1992) and "Running Delilah" (1994, TV).

From 1994 to 2002, Drexler worked as a scenic artist and designer on a series of "Star Trek" films (GENERATIONS, FIRST CONTACT & INSURRECTION) and episodes of the "Deep Space Nine" TV series. In 2004, he began to supervise cg visual effects for television, with projects such as the "Battlestar Gallactica", "Bionic Woman" and "Battlestar Gallactica: Razor" TV series.
