David Paperny

David Paperny has been producing documentary programs for 15 years. His work has appeared on every major CBC current affairs program, including "The Journal," "The National," "Man Alive," "Venture" and "Newsworld." He covered the 1992 L.A. riots for the CBC network, and has been on location in Israel, England, Scotland, Chile, Japan, Poland, Germany and throughout North America.

Other Canadian television credits include "Prisoner 88" (1995), "Whiskey Man: Inside the the Dynasty of Samuel Bronfman," "BC Times: The West Beyond the West" and "Nancy Green: On the Edge" (all 1996) and "Mordecai" (1997). He directed an episode of the CBC series "A Scattering of Seeds: The Creation of Canada" (2001). Paperny has been a producer or executive producer for the TV series "Kink", "Singles", "Crash Test Mommy", "My Fabulous Gay Wedding", "First Comes Love", "Road Hockey Rumble" and "The Week the Women Went".
