A native Dubliner, Noel Pearson has produced theatre in Europe and in the United States for twenty years, including his tenure as the chairman and artistic director for the legendary Abbey Theatre. Pearson has been nominated for three Tony® Awards, and garnered two, for Dancing at Lughnasa (1991-92) and An Inspector Calls (1993-94). Other award-winning Broadway productions include Someone to Watch Over Me and Translations. His first film production, MY LEFT FOOT (1989), received international acclaim including Academy and BAFTA nominations and Awards, The New York Film Critics Award and the Italian Donatella. Other producing credits include THE FIELD (1990), FRANKIE STARLIGHT (1995), GOLD IN THE STREETS (1996, also writer), "Dhuway" (1997, TV), DANCING AT LUGHNASA (1998), "Dracula's Bram Stoker" (2003, TV), TARA ROAD (2005), and HOW ABOUT YOU (2007).
