The Mission (1986)

Born in Spoletto, Italy. Costume and production designer who entered Italian film with CASANOVA '70 (1965). Other costume design credits include CANDY (1968), OLD GRINGO (1989), CUTTHROAT ISLAND (1995) and SEVEN YEARS IN TIBET (1997). He was production designer and costume designer for "The Bible" series on TNT: "Abraham" and "Jacob" (both 1994), "Joseph" (1995) and "Moses" (1996); and he designed costumes for "Genesis: The Creation and the Flood" (1994) and "David" (1997). He was killed in a road accident in Ouarzazate, Morocco in 1998.  Nominated for Costume Design 1986: THE MISSION 1 nomination
