Born in Memphis, TN. She won several beauty pageants, including Miss Memphis State, Miss Shelby County, Miss Liberty Bowl and Miss Tennessee-Universe (1972). She dated Elvis Presley and was a regular on the TV series "Hee Haw" at the time of his death.
