Wife and writing-producing-directing partner of actor Jonathan Penner. Beginning her career as a founding editor of New York Woman Magazine and writing freelance for publications such as Harper's Bazaar, Premiere and US Magazine stood her in good stead and allowed her to evolve to the point where she began screenwriting. Credits to date in that visceral arena include KILKRAVEN, A CENTRAL PARK POTION, PAYBACK and WALL PEOPLE. In addition to writing and directing, Title co-produced THE IMMORTAL, but to date her most auspicious, scintillating and courageous effort is undoubtedly THE LAST SUPPER (1995).

When interviewed about THE LAST SUPPER, Title huddled a little closer and in hushed tones asked THE question that is the subject of much dissidence and argument in her cinematic fable: "So hypothetically speaking if you were sitting across the table from a stranger named Adolf Hitler in 1909 in Austria, quietly drinking a schnapps, and at this point in his life he has done no wrong would you kill him? Would you poison his schnapps to save all those millions of innocent people?" She waits for the answer and nods her head in agreement: "Yes, I would too..."

Title's other notable credits include LET THE DEVIL WEAR BLACK (1999), "The Lone Ranger" (2003, TV), SNOOP DOGG'S HOOD OF HORROR (2006), and "The Greatest Show Ever" (2007, TV).
