Frederick Zollo
(1950 -     )

Born in Boston, MA. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Boston University, he did his graduate work at the London School of Economics and earned a Masters Degree in Fine Arts from Brandeis University. His Broadway plays have earned a total of 54 Tony nominations.

Production executive who entered American film with MILES FROM HOME (1988). Other notable producing credits, usually as executive producer, include SEX, DRUGS, ROCK & ROLL (1991), THE MUSIC OF CHANCE (1993), THE PAPER, NAKED IN NEW YORK and QUIZ SHOW (all 1994), GHOSTS OF MISSISSIPPI (1996), SEX & THE OTHER MAN (1997), HURLYBURLY (1998), "Lansky" (1999, TV), and LITTLE FUGITIVE (2006).

He serves on the Board of Governors of the League of Theater Owners and Producers and he is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Very Special Arts as well as the Ensemble Studio Theater. Mr. Zollo is a Founding Producer of Boston's Stuart Street Playhouse and was 1998 Fellow at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy Institute of Politics.

Zollo is married to the former Barbara Broccoli, daughter of the late producer Albert R. "Cubby" Broccoli.
