Filmmaker Daniel Anker has been a producer/director of independent feature documentaries for more than a decade, many of them on musical topics. He also produced "A Carnegie Hall Christmas Concert" (1991, TV), "La Faniculla del West" (1992, TV), "Œdipus Rex" (1993, TV), "Marsalis on Music" (1995, TV series), "Daley: The Last Boss" (1996, video: co-producer), SCOTTSBORO: AN AMERICAN TRAGEDY (2000), and MUSIC FROM THE INSIDE OUT and IMAGINARY WITNESS: HOLLYWOOD AND THE HOLOCAUST (both 2004).
